One of my favorite types of sessions! First birthdays! Not just because there is cake involved…well maybe because there is cake involved. Ha! I love their curiosity of what the heck to do with a cake all to themselves?! Some dont care much for it, some like it a little and then some, like Miss Bella here, LOVE it! She loved it so much that she went hands free. Mouth all in and took the biggest bites she could fit in her little mouth! This cute little gold and pink 4 inch cake was absolutely delicious and was custom decorated by The Batter Up Bakery. They are located about two blocks from the studio. Very conveniently located, delicious and extremely friendly! I highly recommend them for your babies first birthday cake smash. You can visit their Facebook page here.

Watching all these newborns grow is one reason I love what I do so much! To think they were these tiny little newborns and in just one short year they are learning to walk, talk and want to master everything in their site. Meet sweet little Milo… Here he is at his newborn session to where he is now. I love his name, it fits his personality perfectly! Milo loves his motorcycle, as you can see here with his helmet.

Check out those amazing blue eyes of his. Enough to melt a Mommas heart. I think he has her wrapped around his little finger.

OK, here it is! The details for our Mommy and Me event with Matilda Jane Clothing. This event is going to be a blast because Matilda Jane is bringing their new Summer line for you to wear during your session. They have outfits for Moms and little girls. Yes, if you have a boy you can dress him in colors that will coordinate with you. Just take a peak on their website for their options for you.

Details:

Date: Saturday May 2, 2015 ( Sessions start at 10 am)

Session total: $175 (+tax) and includes the follow:

-1 20 minute session with your little ones and you.

-2 8×10 prints

-3 5×7 prints

~$50 due at the time of booking, remainder is due the day of your session. Sessions are for Moms with their children.

~Image files can be purchase for $25

~Additional prints can be purchased at your purchasing appointment about 1 week following our event.

-$50 in Matilda Jane bucks. Yup! $50 is for you to shop with at Matilda Jane. It can be for you or your little girl (or gift a friend).

I had so much fun building these flowers with the help of my assistant Miss Tara! She made a better flower middle than I did and her leaves came out pretty darn good! 😉

Sweet little nugget here came really early for Mom, he is about two weeks new here. And I have a new friend with his sweet sister K. Oh boy did we enjoy her and capturing her love with her new brother. Thank you Mom and Dad for allowing me to capture your newborn boy for you! Such a pleasure!
