I love when we are able to capture newborn smiles in the images. I always wonder what they could be dreaming about. Either way, it melts my heart

This little guy has some beautiful hair we had to comb throughout the session. 😉 But those lips and his smiles!!! This is baby number 4 for Mom, lots of love to go around with many snuggles and kisses.

If you are pregnant or know someone who is, please send them our way and we can share all the information needed to be placed on our calendar before they deliver. The best time to school your newborn photography session is within your 8th to 9th month of pregnancy. I like to see my newborns around 7 to 9 days after their birthday. This helps us achieve the images you see here and on my newborn photography gallery

Recently, I was contacted by Businessing Magazine, an online publication dedicated to small business owners, to be featured in an interview for their “5 Questions With” series. Basically, the magazine editors ask the same five questions of business owners in a variety of fields and publish their answers so others can learn from their experiences. I’ve learned a lot about running a business in my years as a baby and newborn photographer in Murrieta and I was happy to be able to share some of that knowledge with the Businessing Magazine readers, as well as educate people about what differentiates a professional photographer from someone with a nice camera.

I am excited to announce that Inspirations Photography has been named one of the Top California Newborn Photographers of 2016 by Photography Magazine! Out of all of the newborn photographers in California, only 18 were selected to be included on this list, and I am extremely honored to be one of them.

Photography Magazine is an online publishing site, showcasing the work of the world’s best professional photographers. Every year they choose who they believe to be the best newborn photographers in every state in the U.S., as well as in the Canadian provinces, and publish a list of winners. You can find the complete list of the best newborn photographers in California, according to Photography Magazine, here. The Photography Magazine site also offers Photoshop tutorials, writes about industry news and photography tips, and reviews cameras and camera gear. One of my favorite types of sessions! First birthdays! Not just because there is cake involved…well maybe because there is cake involved. Ha! I love their curiosity of what the heck to do with a cake all to themselves?! Some dont care much for it, some like it a little and then some, like Miss Bella here, LOVE it! She loved it so much that she went hands free. Mouth all in and took the biggest bites she could fit in her little mouth! This cute little gold and pink 4 inch cake was absolutely delicious and was custom decorated by The Batter Up Bakery. They are located about two blocks from the studio. Very conveniently located, delicious and extremely friendly! I highly recommend them for your babies first birthday cake smash. You can visit their Facebook page here.

So amazing to watch children grow. I can’t believe I photographed this Mommas high school senior pictures about 8 years ago??? And then their wedding and now their sweet baby girl!
